Get Ready for HOPA2026 in New Orleans, LA!

Access, Representation, and Opportunity in Pharmacy Travel Grant 

Once again, HOPA will be offering two Access, Representation, and Opportunity in Pharmacy Travel Grants ($1,500 each)! As a people-driven organization, we respect all voices, work hard to remove barriers for all, and welcome all perspectives. Through this initiative, we aim to foster a more inclusive community where diverse experiences and ideas can shape the future of pharmacy.

General Annual Conference Travel Grant

HOPA is also proud to also offer 75 general travel grants to HOPA Members. Each of these travel grants will be $600 each.

Each scholarship will reimburse recipients expenses related to AC26 registration, travel, and lodging following the Annual Conference, up to the max amount awarded.

Important Note: Recipients may receive up to two travel grants (for any live programming) within a five-year period.

Scoring

Scoring for each grant is based on several items including:

• Current Membership status (preference is given to Students & Residents)
• Financial Need
• Learning objectives for the conference
• Whether or not research is being presented at the Conference
• Demonstrated involvement with HOPA (lowest weight)

Impact the future of HOPA by Nominating Strong Leaders!

HOPA’s Nomination Committee is seeking active and diverse members of HOPA with strong leadership skills to run for the Board of Directors. Self-nominations are also encouraged and all nominees must be HOPA members in good standing.

In 2025, HOPA is looking for Nominations for the following Board Positions:
1 President-Elect
2 At-Large Directors

The Nominations period is now closed.

Process

1. Login

Login to the Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association portal with your HOPA email and password.

2. Create

Create your online application by entering your Dashboard and selecting the program you are applying for.

3. Save

During the Call for Nominations period, your application can be saved as DRAFT until all the required information is completed and attachments uploaded. As each section is completed, you will see a appear in the category tab when the application is saved. At any time, you can download and print your application by clicking on the icon in the Application Summary section.

4. Submit

On completed, save your Nomination as FINAL. You can download and print a copy for your records by clicking on the icon in the Application Summary section in the right column.
